YUANMINGJIE Customer Service Center supply the whole day technical support which seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Use various communication methods, timely and accurately solve the different problems through the process for customer, to provide the corresponding technical experience so that the customer easier to use our products and the real solution to our customers to worry about.  

For new equipment installation, debugging and training, we will arrange service personnel in the user production site comprehensive follow up.

Within one year of the customer purchased our equipments, we will provide the free technical service of the equipment installation, debugging and production operations, also provide the paid lifelong maintenance.

We guarantee the long-term supply of all kinds of accessories and consumables.

We guarantee to supply all required software and hardware of the various data format of data and information in the contract.

We guarantee to supply for the user use tricks, internal technical white papers and other internal material, and make the user easier to operate the equipment.

If any question by product, we will provide solutions within 24 hours after receive the customer notice, if unsettled our project engineer will solve the broken fault on the user-site.

During the period of quality guarantee, we will send our technical personnel to visit, user can make some feedbacks in the usage and suggestions of equipments.

After user in the use of equipment for a period of time and obtained some practical experiences, we can arrange a return visit at a mutually convenient time. We will send our expert with the user to discuss and answer the deep technical problems by put forward in practice.

We execute product quality and after-sales service according to the high standard strictly. If our company or our technical consultant received the user’s complaints must relay to the relevant departments, and will response within an hour and make processing opinion relay within 3 hours.
