8. High sensitivity positioning sensor cooperating with imported high precision ball screw module feeding the sheet. The location parameter of each punching point can be adjusted with high precision.

9. Advanced sheet separate transporting structure makes sure the reliability and stable of sheet separate transporting. 

10.Two groups of servo drive ball screw module feeding sheet alternately with fast speed and high efficiency.

11.Full auto waste sheet collecting structure.

12.High-speed card collecting structure, collecting cards automatically after punching. 

13.Double card collecting magazines collect cards circularly.

14.Automatic running controlled by PLC program with detection and monitoring at the same time while unloading cards, if it’s abnormal, machine will stop and alarm.

15.With advanced sensor monitoring, allow to work when the machine’s doors are all closed to ensure operation safety.
